Founded around 2000, PPSStudios (Powell Production Studios...Studios (yes, I said it twice)) started out as my super-amateur audio overdubbing project using an extremely cheap tape recorder and a second tape player along with myself and my euphonium. I ought to dig out all my old cassette tapes and upload them to something better than Soundcloud. I'm thinking something like the Youtube version of the No Dumb Questions podcast with hours of random cool sciency video as an audio-only thing played as the main feature.
Since then, I've adapted PPSStudios to be more a generic and overarching name for my personal endeavors such as video production on Youtube, artwork, writing and the like.
As for this site, I could have linked it to my blog that I've been maintaining for quite a few years, but I wanted to try the subdomain thing, and thus this now exists! So there you have it: my semi-official homepage on the web.
